Description

  • Support account management teams with strong attention to detail.
  • Research, analyze, and document findings related to distributor business activities.
  • Coach, review, and delegate work to other team members as needed.
  • Develop and execute distributor sales plans and strategies that deliver results.
  • Facilitate and lead internal resources to complete distributor initiatives.
  • Foster sales engagement and cadence between ConnectWise and assigned distributor accounts.
  • Assist in generating sales-qualified leads from deal registrations for named accounts.
  • Enable and/or lead distributor-funded heads, product managers, and sales teams.
  • Manage the distribution pipeline and forecast revenue contribution.
  • Meet sales objectives based on quota attainment and business activity.
  • Use forecast methodology to manage existing pipeline accurately.
  • Demonstrate best practices related to distribution incentives, brand awareness, and net-new account acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
  • Recognized subject matter expert in the applicable work area.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and processes as business needs change.
  • Ability to facilitate and lead internal resources to complete distributor initiatives.
  • Knowledge of distribution BI and vendor initiatives.
  • Ability to manage distribution pipeline and forecast revenue contribution.
  • Knowledge of the ConnectWise Suite Portfolio functionality.
  • Ability to develop executive-level relationships within assigned accounts.
  • Preferred: understanding of Security, RMM, PSA, CPQ, BDR, Remote Control, IT Infrastructure, Documentation, and Managed Services.
  • 0-10% travel may be required.
