Description

  • Serve as the technical and commercial expert for Haas fabrication, metal cutting, machine tools, tooling, and automation.
  • Identify customer operational needs and position Phillips’ solutions to deliver productivity gains and competitive advantage.
  • Develop trusted, lasting relationships with customers, educators, suppliers, and community partners.
  • Win and expand strategic opportunities through consultative selling and competitive positioning.
  • Maintain disciplined CRM management, accurate forecasting, and strong margin performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve team performance and customer outcomes.
  • Build customer loyalty and advocacy that supports retention, net promoter scores, and market share growth.
  • Represent Phillips as a premier industry partner in the markets it serves.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical sales, consultative selling, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication, metal cutting, machine tools, tooling, and automation.
  • Ability to uncover unmet customer needs and translate them into business opportunities.
  • Proven skill in competitive intelligence and positioning solutions against alternatives.
  • Strong operational discipline with attention to CRM accuracy, forecasting, and margin management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
  • Relationship-driven, ownership-minded, and continuous-improvement-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work in a role with a base salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually plus commission.
