Description

  • Lead sales efforts for Haas fabrication, metal cutting, machine tools, tooling, and automation solutions.
  • Serve as the technical and commercial expert guiding customers toward productivity improvements and competitive advantage.
  • Identify unrecognized operational needs through consultative discovery and competitive analysis.
  • Win, expand, and manage strategic opportunities to drive profitable growth.
  • Build trusted long-term relationships with customers, educators, suppliers, and community partners.
  • Represent and deliver the Phillips Experience to build loyalty, retention, and customer advocacy.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and disciplined forecasting practices.
  • Achieve strong margin performance while supporting operational and financial discipline.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve team performance and execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and ownership-driven team culture.

Requirements

  • Experience in consultative selling and technical sales within manufacturing or industrial technology environments.
  • Deep knowledge of Haas fabrication, metal cutting, machine tools, tooling, and automation (or related manufacturing technologies).
  • Ability to uncover customer needs and position solutions based on competitive intelligence.
  • Strong operational discipline with a focus on CRM accuracy and forecast precision.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve margin and profitable growth targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with customers and external partners.
  • Comfort working collaboratively across teams to support 360-degree performance.
  • A disciplined, ownership-oriented mindset.
  • Compensation range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually plus commission.
