Description

  • Enter, verify, and maintain financial data across QuickBooks, Excel, and ServiceSync.
  • Input and process invoices for national clients accurately and efficiently.
  • Record and reconcile payment data to ensure entries are correctly allocated.
  • Enter and track month-end data for multiple franchise locations.
  • Log and process vendor invoices by verifying source documents before entry.
  • Maintain organized records and spreadsheets to support the accounting team.
  • Prepare monthly vendor statement data for management review.
  • Assist with data entry tasks related to customer collections as directed.
  • Identify and flag data discrepancies for review and resolution.
  • Support franchise partners with data entry questions.

Requirements

  • Proven data entry experience with a strong focus on speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort building and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting/bookkeeping software.
  • Ability to learn proprietary software quickly; ServiceSync training is provided.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to catch errors before they become problems.
  • Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage repetitive tasks without losing focus.
  • Clear communication skills and a professional, team-first attitude.
  • High ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive financial data with discretion.
  • Permanent work-from-home setup, Monday to Friday, with fixed weekends off.
