Description

  • Lead the implementation and onboarding process for new PetDesk customers.
  • Gather customer requirements and configure the software to match their needs.
  • Conduct training sessions on PetDesk features and functionality.
  • Analyze backend results to troubleshoot issues and provide confident responses to customers.
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing guidance, best practices, and ongoing support during implementation.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues or escalate them through collaboration with product support, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, implementation details, and configurations in the CRM.
  • Generate reports and share implementation progress, challenges, and successes with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage an onboarding pipeline of approximately 30–40 customers at a time.
  • Handle 3–4 customer calls per day as part of the implementation workflow.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in software implementation, customer success, or a related field.
  • Primary customer communication experience over the phone or via virtual meetings.
  • Ability to learn and understand software applications quickly.
  • Familiarity with client communication software, CRM systems, or SaaS solutions is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer support.
  • Excellent multitasking and self-management skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar software is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with veterinary clinics or the pet care industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Must be based in Latin America or Central America and available during aligned North American business hours.
  • Must provide own equipment and work from a stable, professional dedicated workstation.
  • Resume must be submitted in English.
