Description

  • Work with customers to define implementation scope, timelines, budget, and resource requirements.
  • Create and manage project plans to keep implementations on track.
  • Collaborate with client-side subject matter experts to understand and configure business requirements.
  • Set up user accounts, workflows, integrations, and testing for the SaaS product.
  • Prepare relevant data to demonstrate end-to-end business processes.
  • Collect and process client feedback and coordinate necessary system changes.
  • Provide training to end users and administrators on product usage.
  • Deliver ongoing customer support, including troubleshooting and answering questions.
  • Create and maintain implementation documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications.
  • Partner with the product team to share client feedback and support product improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Full-time degree from a recognized institute.
  • 4+ years of experience in implementation projects.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, administration training, data migration, and UAT management.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as EC, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, and document management tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and consultative skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders in large organizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple implementation projects concurrently while maintaining quality.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with large teams and work toward common goals.
