Description

  • Build long-lasting customer relationships that support adoption, ongoing usage, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor during onboarding and training to help customers realize long-term product value.
  • Respond to customer phone calls and emails to support adoption, usage, and expansion needs.
  • Meet or exceed responsiveness and quality goals for customer support and follow-up.
  • Advocate for customers by partnering with leadership and product teams to surface process improvements and product requirements.
  • Help resolve customer-facing issues and contribute to testing new product ideas and improvements.
  • Use Salesforce and internal tools to track customer interactions and support business outcomes.
  • Proactively contribute to team culture through participation in team and company activities and feedback opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Account Support, or a related role, preferably in software.
  • Experience using CRM, Customer Success, or Help software tools.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple requests, respond quickly, and solve problems under pressure.
  • Detailed, action-oriented, and capable of working with a high level of quality.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive self-starter with strong communication skills.
  • Empathy for customer experience and a desire to help customers succeed.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
