Description

  • Lead and develop technical sales efforts for key accounts.
  • Conduct discovery on customer business objectives, challenges, use cases, and technical architecture.
  • Position Delphix within customers' digital transformation initiatives to demonstrate business value.
  • Customize and deliver presentations, demos, workshops, and proof-of-concept trials.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams including Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support.
  • Help customers quantify value at the technical, project, and business level.
  • Collaborate with customers to improve deployment pipelines, testing, release management, and continuous integration and delivery practices.
  • Partner with Sales and Field Services to create sales strategies that exceed revenue objectives and grow customer adoption.
  • Develop and enhance reusable technical assets to scale presales efforts.
  • Mentor, train, and motivate presales teams on emerging capabilities.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience in DevOps/CICD/TDM, Cloud, Data Masking & Governance, Data Management, or Database Technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience in software technology sales, technical consulting, technical solution design, or a similar role.
  • Professional experience designing and delivering technology solutions, with cloud platform experience preferred.
  • Strong listening, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management and coordination skills in a matrixed organization.
  • High entrepreneurial drive, energy, dedication, and persistence.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Extensive experience presenting to executives, IT leaders, business leaders, and technology teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, primarily regionally.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, cloud services, TDM tools, or frameworks such as TOGAF or ITIL is a plus.
  • Experience with source control, testing, continuous integration, and DevOps tools such as Puppet, Chef, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Ansible, Jira, or Selenium is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base pay range of $210,000 to $300,000 per year.
  • Targeted base pay range of $200,000 to $210,000 USD.
