Description

  • Lead assigned workstreams within large-scale enterprise implementations and keep deliverables on schedule.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute implementation activities across complex environments.
  • Support planning and execution of enterprise go-live events as a primary contact for designated functional areas.
  • Provide workflow consulting for physician, clinical, and operational teams.
  • Educate and register physicians for PerfectServe programs and help configure call workflows.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for large health system audiences, including pre- and post-go-live education.
  • Configure advanced workflows within complex multi-facility systems.
  • Work with third-party systems to integrate solutions into the PerfectServe platform.
  • Conduct testing across devices, platforms, and integrated technologies.
  • Learn multiple PerfectServe platforms and rapidly build product knowledge based on project needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; an engineering or IT-related discipline is preferred but not required.
  • Prior work experience in a customer-facing or other service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Lucidchart will be used extensively.
  • Ability to embrace change and demonstrate curiosity about healthcare.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with peers and team members.
  • Must be willing to travel 30–50% of the time.
  • Experience with healthcare or clinical workflow consulting is preferred.
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role, including standing, sitting, walking, and lifting light to medium weights when needed.
