Description

  • Assist the sales team with accurate and timely data entry into CRM systems.
  • Maintain and update sales records to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports and analytics.
  • Coordinate logistics for corporate events, including scheduling, virtual venue arrangements, and attendee communications.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events to ensure smooth operations and a positive participant experience.
  • Facilitate virtual events by managing registrations, materials, and follow-up activities.
  • Conduct research on market trends, potential clients, and industry developments to support business development efforts.
  • Gather and analyze data on companies and individuals to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Prepare research reports and presentations for the Revenue team, including Sales and Development.
  • Support sales enablement through LMS administration and coordination of enablement tools and technology.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is preferred.
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and conditional formatting, is preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge of B2B lead generation, sales processes, and account management is preferred.
  • Preferred hires reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MD, MA, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX, or WA.
