Description

  • Pitch creative, modern ideas for marketing approaches, social media campaigns, and brand presence.
  • Lead new communication projects from start to finish.
  • Create and design communication materials such as corporate newsletters, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Evaluate the website from a user perspective and coordinate updates to improve layout, look, and feel.
  • Keep the website, social channels, and partner communications updated and aligned with the brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team on outreach efforts and partner acquisition messaging.
  • Support internal communication initiatives that foster employee engagement, collaboration, and workplace culture.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, communications, or a related role.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with enthusiasm for building community and engagement.
  • Prior familiarity with the Government Contracting (GovCon) industry is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
  • Experience with basic tools such as Canva or Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional writing, interpersonal, and storytelling skills.
  • A sharp eye for modern design trends.
