Description

  • Own client accounts and support stakeholder engagement from an operational efficiency perspective.
  • Support leadership with networking, client sourcing, and account management.
  • Work with internal leadership and operations teams to ensure client accounts run smoothly.
  • Collaborate with the internal team on optimisation, innovation, and process workflow improvements.
  • Create and maintain templates and documents for different HR scenarios.
  • Assist with recruitment tasks including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support onboarding of new employees and help ensure a smooth transition into the company culture.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management processes, including feedback collection and documentation.
  • Help organise training and development programs for employees.
  • Maintain equipment and asset lists and coordinate new orders.
  • Coordinate team events and team-building initiatives.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with HR projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR service role or similar administrative position.
  • Demonstrated trustworthiness and ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive employee or client information.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for supporting people development.
  • Previous client relations or support experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a stable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
  • Willingness to attend occasional client meetings or events as required.
  • Availability to start within a reasonable notice period if successful.
  • Comfortable completing a short video interview with recorded responses within 2–3 days of receiving the invitation.
  • Salary expectation should fall within R8 000,00 – R12 000,00 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
