Description

  • Maintain personnel records and ensure all personnel documentation remains compliant.
  • Manage new hire onboarding, including new employee orientation.
  • Coordinate state and federal compliance requirements, including I-9 authorizations.
  • Collect diploma and certification information from current and new employees.
  • Support employees by answering questions and escalating issues when needed.
  • Prepare employee communications, including compensation and severance letters.
  • Process employee changes in HRIS and coordinate updates with payroll.
  • Respond to employment verification requests and unemployment claims.
  • Maintain HRIS data accuracy, run reports, and distribute them as needed.
  • Manage employee offboarding, update or create job codes in HRIS, and complete administrative filing tasks.
  • Identify potential employee relations issues and escalate them appropriately.
  • Review and respond to requests in the ticketing software.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is highly preferred.
  • 3-4 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Proof of COVID vaccination is required.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
  • Ability to independently research topics and manage files and records.
  • Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Respect for confidential material and strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of basic computer applications and various database and software programs.
  • Knowledge of compensation principles and practices and salary schedules.
  • Basic knowledge of Natera's mission, strategic aims, and programs.
