Description

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires from offer confirmation through HR and departmental handover.
  • Conduct new hire orientation sessions covering company policies, culture, communication standards, HR procedures, and performance expectations.
  • Ensure system access, credentials, and HR accounts are set up before each new hire’s start date.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, People Operations, Compliance, and other departments to complete onboarding requirements.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with new hires throughout the onboarding journey and respond to questions and concerns.
  • Track onboarding progress, maintain checklists, and ensure all HR and compliance steps are completed on time.
  • Collect, organize, and report feedback from new employees to improve onboarding and engagement.
  • Coordinate documentation, contract execution, policy acknowledgments, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support new hires’ transition into role-specific training or departmental integration.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes, materials, and workflows.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR onboarding, training coordination, or HR operations.
  • Experience in a BPO, staffing, or remote-first environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong empathy for new employees.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple onboarding cycles simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, HRIS/ATS platforms, and onboarding or employee management tools.
  • Strong understanding of remote workforce practices and virtual communication norms.
  • Comfortable facilitating live sessions or presentations for groups.
  • Background in HR, Learning & Development, or employee training is preferred.
  • Familiarity with employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, or learning management systems (LMS) is preferred.
  • Experience developing onboarding documentation, guides, presentations, or multimedia materials is preferred.
