Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Manager and Assistant Director-General (Operations).
  • Coordinate recruitment-related administrative tasks and workflows.
  • Liaise with BCI members on HR and recruitment policies.
  • Support GDPR compliance-related application and administration.
  • Assist the Recruitment team and BCI Operations with day-to-day administrative input.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to recruitment and operations activities with independent initiative.
  • Support written and verbal communications across the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Previous and/or ongoing experience in HR administration.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent English writing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to balance competing demands under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of climate change, climate finance, and blockchain technology is preferred.
  • A relevant degree or training in HR, Business, Climate Change, or Environmental Science is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven ability in organization/business administration.
  • Experience building constructive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive projects forward using initiative.
