Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 20–30 active clients.
  • Lead onboarding calls, strategy sessions, and recurring client meetings.
  • Build trusted relationships with founders and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage client expectations through proactive communication and early risk detection.
  • Own client satisfaction, retention, and account health.
  • Review, diagnose, and improve underperforming cold email campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot deliverability, inbox placement, domain health, prospect list quality, and email copy performance issues.
  • Perform quality assurance before campaign launches and monitor results continuously.
  • Build client delivery documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures as the business scales.
  • Partner with developers and outreach specialists to resolve technical issues and coordinate campaign execution.
  • Report client health, delivery performance, risks, and improvement opportunities directly to the founder.

Requirements

  • Experience leading client success, client delivery, operations, or account management.
  • Experience in startups or early-stage companies.
  • Background in cold email agencies, lead generation, or outbound sales environments.
  • Hands-on expertise in cold email strategy, deliverability, inbox warm-up, email copywriting, and list quality optimization.
  • Ability to write and optimize cold email copy.
  • Understanding of APIs, automation workflows, and data integrations.
  • Daily practical use of AI tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Comfortable working directly with founders and leadership teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience using Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, HubSpot, or Salesforce (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with startup scaling and operational process development (preferred).
  • Experience building client success playbooks and delivery frameworks (preferred).
  • Background in B2B SaaS or service-based businesses (preferred).
