Description

  • Deliver world-class support to top clients.
  • Maintain a balanced proactive and reactive relationship with assigned accounts.
  • Monitor accounts regularly and conduct check-ins to support account health.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide training and product support to customers.
  • Delegate or escalate technical issues and feature requests appropriately.
  • Use the software suite to help clients build stronger and more successful marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Consistent track record of providing stellar customer support.
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, with affiliate and partnerships experience preferred.
  • Experience working collaboratively across teams.
  • Ability to take initiative and remain flexible.
  • Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills.
  • Critical thinking and inventive problem-solving ability.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution and time management skills.

  • $80,000-$95,000 annual salary.
  • Variable commission plan of $20,000-$23,750.
