Description

  • Lead and manage a team of SDRs, BDRs, and/or Account Executives to achieve targets and revenue outcomes.
  • Set targets, KPIs, and activity benchmarks, and drive accountability across the team.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions, performance reviews, and weekly check-ins.
  • Improve sales skills, messaging, objection handling, and overall team development.
  • Optimize the full sales funnel from lead generation through opportunity creation to close.
  • Build and refine sales playbooks, scripts, and workflows to improve pipeline conversion.
  • Monitor pipeline health, deal flow, conversion rates, and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Support hiring, evaluation, onboarding, and ramp-up of new sales representatives.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership on lead quality, messaging, campaign performance, strategy, and growth planning.
  • Ensure strong CRM hygiene and accurate tracking of activities, deals, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales management or business development leadership.
  • Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and improving team performance.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle.
  • Experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, agencies, or high-growth startups is preferred.
  • Background in sales enablement or training programs is preferred.
  • Experience scaling teams or sales processes is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours from Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, or Mexico.
