Description

  • Own Northern California regional revenue performance and deliver against monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • Submit weekly rolling 30/60/90-day forecasts with variance commentary.
  • Maintain 3x pipeline coverage relative to monthly quota across the team.
  • Drive revenue and case targets across the full Nabis brand portfolio.
  • Coach field reps through weekly ride-alongs, written coaching notes, and quota development.
  • Run weekly 1:1s, monthly scorecards, and 30/60/90 evaluations for new hires; address underperformance within 60 days.
  • Build and maintain territory plans for each rep, including target accounts, route cadence, and quotas.
  • Personally own and grow the top 10 accounts in the region and conduct quarterly business reviews.
  • Drive net-new account acquisition and reactivate dormant accounts with inside sales support.
  • Serve as the regional contact for brand partners and coordinate ride-alongs, demo days, and market activations.
  • Enforce daily CRM logging for visits, orders, samples, and next steps.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B field sales, including 2+ years managing a quota-carrying team.
  • Proven success building or rebuilding a sales team and delivering aggressive revenue growth.
  • Experience selling in cannabis, beverage, CPG, or another regulated three-tier distribution channel.
  • Deep familiarity with the Northern California retail and dispensary landscape.
  • Fluency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable systems.
  • Data-driven approach to forecasting and coaching.
  • Comfort working in the field 3+ days per week.
  • Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Existing relationships with California licensed retailers and buyers.
  • Experience launching or scaling a new brand within an existing distribution book (preferred).
  • Demonstrated success leading through change, including restructures, brand transitions, or aggressive ramp periods (preferred).
