Description

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing remote sales team.
  • Set and monitor sales quotas, KPIs, activity targets, and performance expectations.
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, pipeline reviews, call coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Drive execution across the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Develop strategies to improve pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze sales performance to identify bottlenecks, growth opportunities, and performance trends.
  • Lead onboarding and training for new sales hires.
  • Develop and improve sales playbooks, call scripts, outreach messaging, and sales processes.
  • Review and manage sales pipelines daily and deliver accurate forecasts and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Leadership to improve lead quality, messaging, handoffs, and revenue operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Management, Business Development, Account Management, or Revenue Leadership.
  • Proven success leading sales teams that consistently achieve or exceed revenue goals.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales, pipeline management, lead conversion, negotiation, and closing strategies.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B Services, Staffing & Recruiting, or agencies is preferred.
  • Experience building sales playbooks, onboarding programs, or sales enablement materials is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
