Description

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and text messaging to identify and engage prospects.
  • Build rapport quickly and maintain professional conversations with prospective candidates and leads.
  • Follow structured outreach cadences, prospecting workflows, and sales scripts.
  • Qualify prospects through discovery conversations and determine fit, interest, and next steps.
  • Follow up promptly with inbound leads from job postings and outreach efforts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and tracking records, including call notes, outreach activity, and lead status updates.
  • Coordinate handoffs of qualified prospects to recruiting teams or sales leadership.
  • Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, training initiatives, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor progress toward daily and weekly outreach, qualification, and conversion goals.
  • Continuously improve outreach techniques, communication skills, and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and persuasively.
  • Comfort making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-up tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to follow structured sales processes and scripts.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
  • Availability to work during U.S. Central Standard Time business hours.
  • Previous experience in SDR, BDR, outbound sales, cold calling, recruiting, or lead generation is preferred.
  • Experience using CRM systems or applicant tracking systems is preferred.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients is preferred.
  • Experience in commission-based or performance-driven environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales metrics, pipeline management, daily activity goals, and conversion targets is preferred.
  • Google Workspace, Slack, phone/dialer systems, and email outreach tools familiarity is preferred.
