Description

  • Research companies, decision-makers, and target accounts using prospecting tools and build targeted lead lists aligned with ideal customer profiles.
  • Execute outbound outreach across email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified conversations and meetings.
  • Conduct 60–100 daily outbound touchpoints and 30–40 cold calls per day using structured outreach and objection-handling approaches.
  • Personalize outreach messaging based on prospect industry, role, pain points, and business needs.
  • Build, test, and optimize multi-touch outbound campaigns, sequences, subject lines, calls to action, and call scripts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, update lead stages, log activities, and keep pipeline tracking organized.
  • Collaborate with account executives, sales leadership, and marketing teams to improve handoffs, messaging, lead quality, and conversion performance.
  • Share insights from prospect conversations to strengthen outreach strategy and broader outbound growth efforts.
  • Book qualified meetings for account executives or leadership and support pipeline growth.
  • Analyze outreach performance and continuously improve reply rates, booked meetings, and conversion metrics.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, outbound sales, or lead generation.
  • Previous experience in the HVAC industry is required.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC services, contractors, distributors, manufacturers, or related markets.
  • Experience using outbound tools such as Outreach.io, SalesLoft, Apollo, or HubSpot Sequences.
  • Experience with cold calling and outbound outreach campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to personalize messaging and conduct professional prospect outreach.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, or similar research tools is preferred.
