Description

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to dental and medical clinics across the United States.
  • Identify hiring needs, qualify employer accounts, and consistently follow up to generate opportunities.
  • Present trained graduates for front-desk, patient coordinator, treatment coordinator, and administrative roles.
  • Match candidate profiles to client requirements and communicate their value in English and Spanish.
  • Handle objections and guide prospective employers toward hiring agreements.
  • Gather detailed job orders, including role requirements, timelines, and compensation expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely candidate submissions and manage multiple open job orders.
  • Negotiate placement fees and service agreements with employers.
  • Build client relationships, monitor post-placement satisfaction, and identify repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, manage the sales pipeline, and proactively report progress, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven outbound sales, business development, or B2B sales experience, ideally in staffing, recruiting, healthcare staffing, or professional services.
  • Professional written and spoken fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Comfort with high-volume cold calling, objection handling, and phone-based selling.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Understanding of healthcare office workflows, including patient scheduling, insurance verification, patient intake, and treatment coordination.
  • Experience managing job orders, client requirements, or multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms for lead tracking, outreach documentation, and pipeline management.
  • Strong organization, time management, follow-through, and ability to work independently.
  • Hands-on experience in a dental or medical office as a Front Desk Representative, Patient Coordinator, or Treatment Coordinator (strongly preferred).
  • Experience selling staffing or recruiting services to healthcare practices, negotiating B2B agreements, or knowledge of healthcare staffing challenges (preferred).
