Description

  • Advise Arootah clients on business development, marketing, and fundraising needs.
  • Develop realistic monthly action plans and break goals into actionable steps.
  • Identify internal and external roadblocks and devise solutions.
  • Provide resources and implement policies, procedures, and control measures to support execution.
  • Review and report on client tools and resources to ensure industry best practices.
  • Evaluate client progress using KPIs and scoring matrices.
  • Maintain accurate records of consulting outcomes, including challenges and breakthroughs.
  • Lead day-to-day marketing oversight, including decks, collateral, lead sourcing, pitch practice, and client coaching.
  • Create marketing strategies, communication plans, and sales narratives to attract and retain clients and investors.
  • Coordinate with senior management, operations, risk, legal, and compliance to ensure accurate RFP/DDQ responses and regulatory alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA, CFA, CAIA, or another advanced degree preferred.
  • Sales or financial industry designations such as Series 7 or Series 63 preferred.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in a similar business development or capital raising role.
  • Demonstrated success raising assets for digital asset firms.
  • Experience partnering with institutional sales teams to cultivate leads and build client relationships.
  • Experience working with sophisticated institutional clients and prospective clients.
  • Deep knowledge of digital assets and multi-asset sectors, including public equity, private equity, fixed income, and multi-strategy investing.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident in-person and phone presentation skills with strong follow-through and interpersonal skills.
