Description

  • Manage assigned inbound client projects from intake through delivery, ensuring timely, accurate, client-friendly outputs.
  • Communicate with clients by email, phone, and video to clarify requests and translate needs into data deliverables.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Data, and Client Services teams on client requests and planning.
  • Develop marketing and outreach collateral with the Business Development Director and Chief Client Officer.
  • Draft and execute external email communications in Axios and maintain outreach lists.
  • Coordinate client-facing calendars and planning documents.
  • Monitor industry and client news for relevant stories.
  • Attend and support planning meetings, special events, and conferences in the Washington, DC area as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in campaigns, organizing, or advocacy; or 1+ year in the political field plus 1+ year in sales or marketing.
  • Interest in supporting progressive clients and learning how they use political data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written, verbal, and client-service communication skills.
  • Comfort communicating through Zoom or similar software and by phone.
  • Ability to work effectively within and across teams.
  • Curiosity about using AI tools to improve processes.
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside normal business hours, particularly from Labor Day through Election Day.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Axios or other email platforms, client proposals/decks, AI workflow tools, or voter-file data is preferred.
