Description

  • Identify and research potential customers across target verticals and build targeted lead lists.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
  • Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and present tailored solutions based on client pain points.
  • Run demos and walkthroughs using tools such as Digits, GoHighLevel, and service presentation platforms.
  • Create proposals, close smaller deals independently, and coordinate the handoff to service delivery teams.
  • Maintain proactive follow-up cadences to preserve pipeline momentum and prevent lead loss.
  • Update CRM records with notes, activities, pipeline stages, and deal status while maintaining strong CRM hygiene.
  • Track outreach activity, conversion rates, pipeline growth, ad performance, and revenue contribution.
  • Prepare weekly sales performance updates and identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Support inbound lead generation through basic paid campaigns such as Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience in accounting services, bookkeeping services, financial services, or other professional services.
  • Experience conducting discovery calls, sales presentations, and deal closing.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with outbound sales tools including Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote sales environment.
  • Strong objection handling, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience selling into SMBs, service-based businesses, or accounting firms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Digits, accounting workflows, bookkeeping operations, Facebook Ads, or Instagram Ads is preferred.
