Description

  • Contact potential clients through outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Proactively source new business opportunities in the market.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Partner effectively with other sales teams and internal counterparts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Abnormal Security's product offering.
  • Manage a high volume of requests and time demands while maintaining production goals.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1+ years of proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or in a similar role; less experience may be acceptable for the right candidate.
  • Fluency in a Nordic language is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team.
  • Ability to understand customer pain points and connect them to business value.
  • Strong professional communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and time demands concurrently while meeting goals for an assigned territory or set of accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling.
  • Experience using AI tools in prospecting and day-to-day workflow is strongly encouraged.
  • Drive, grit, and a team-oriented mindset with a desire to compete and win.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Preferred familiarity with Outreach, Salesforce, Orum, Lusha, ActivelyAI, Glean, and Claude.
