Description

  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or similar platforms.
  • Update leads, contacts, opportunities, and pipeline stages daily while keeping CRM data clean and organized.
  • Remove duplicates, correct missing information, and maintain CRM hygiene to support reliable reporting.
  • Schedule calls, demos, follow-ups, and meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Manage calendars and meeting logistics using tools such as Google Calendar, Outlook, and Calendly.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread proposals, quotes, presentations, and other sales documents.
  • Support RFP and RFI responses using templates and existing materials.
  • Generate weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards, and track pipeline activity and KPIs.
  • Draft follow-up emails, meeting summaries, reminders, and next-step communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, and sales teams to keep handoffs and workflows moving smoothly.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administrative support, operations, or coordination roles.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one CRM platform such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
  • Strong scheduling and calendar management skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience preparing proposals, sales decks, or presentations is preferred.
  • Exposure to SDR, BDR, or sales team workflows is preferred.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, marketing agencies, recruiting, or professional services is preferred.
  • Basic reporting and Excel skills, including pivot tables, dashboards, and reporting, are preferred.
