Description

  • Own the complete B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, discovery, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while building and maintaining a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Drive consistent monthly and quarterly revenue growth through effective deal management and execution.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with business owners, executives, and other decision-makers.
  • Understand client pain points and business objectives to position tailored solutions.
  • Manage opportunities through every stage of the sales funnel and keep CRM records up to date.
  • Develop customized sales strategies based on market conditions and client needs.
  • Track pipeline health, conversion rates, forecast accuracy, and other performance metrics.
  • Work closely with operations, customer success, and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and client handoff.
  • Share market feedback and customer insights to improve internal processes and support team growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas, closing deals, and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong experience managing the full sales cycle.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational and pipeline management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in service-based businesses, B2B sales environments, or consultative sales is preferred.
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior sales reps is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with forecasting and reporting experience is preferred.
