Description

  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
  • Acquire and manage partners within an assigned territory and Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Drive new partner acquisition through outbound outreach and strategic account development.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual targets.
  • Execute ConnectWise’s value-based sales methodology.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and implementation plans.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Ensure deals meet pricing, margin, and contract standards.
  • Track performance against revenue growth targets, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or technology.
  • Proven success managing full-cycle sales in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience selling into or working with MSPs, TSPs, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with high autonomy.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with a high activity level, including 40–50 outbound calls per day.
  • Adaptability to evolving technology and partner needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed quota and drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Experience selling solution-based or value-based offerings.
