Description

  • Manage the recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Create and optimize job descriptions to improve candidate attraction and application flow.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, Boolean search, and niche job boards.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future roles.
  • Conduct structured phone and video screenings to assess experience, communication, qualifications, and fit.
  • Administer assessments and screening exercises when needed.
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate ATS notes, pipeline stages, interview feedback, and recruiting dashboards.
  • Prepare employment offers, support compensation discussions, and coordinate onboarding documentation and hiring logistics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Proven sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, iCIMS, or similar systems.
  • Strong sourcing, pipeline management, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience managing recruitment workflows from sourcing through offer stage.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Agency recruiting or staffing experience is preferred.
  • High-volume recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Experience hiring for SaaS, technology, finance, property management, or professional services roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruiting metrics and hiring analytics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with employment law and hiring compliance best practices is preferred.
