Description

  • Meet with hiring managers to gather hiring needs, role requirements, success profiles, and timelines.
  • Draft and optimize job descriptions for job boards, ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Build candidate pipelines through sourcing, Boolean search, niche job boards, and personalized outreach.
  • Conduct structured phone and video screenings to evaluate skills, experience, communication, and fit.
  • Use competency-based and behavioral interview techniques, and administer assessments when needed.
  • Maintain organized interview notes, candidate records, and ATS documentation.
  • Manage candidate communication from initial outreach through the offer stage and provide timely updates and follow-up.
  • Coordinate interviews across candidates, hiring teams, and multiple time zones.
  • Collect hiring feedback, support debrief discussions, and provide candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Draft and present offers, support negotiation and acceptance, and help coordinate onboarding handoff.
  • Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and conversion rates.
  • Identify process improvements to increase hiring efficiency and candidate quality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or headhunting.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting workflows.
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, or iCIMS.
  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.
  • Excellent interview and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, responsive, proactive, and solutions-oriented.
  • Ability to balance speed with candidate quality.
  • Nice to have: agency recruiting or high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Nice to have: experience hiring for SaaS, finance, professional services, property management, or operations roles.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of hiring compliance and employment practices.
  • Nice to have: experience scaling recruiting pipelines or managing recruiting operations.
