Description

  • Build and develop JetBrains’ vendor ecosystem for outsourcing and outstaffing across key locations.
  • Own the end-to-end hiring process for temporary staff in both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define when and how outsourcing should be used as a hiring strategy.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition to ensure compliant and scalable processes.
  • Establish and track vendor performance metrics such as quality, speed, cost, and satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve outsourcing outcomes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and flexibility.
  • Act as the internal expert on contingent workforce solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, vendor management, or workforce solutions, ideally involving outsourcing, outstaffing, or contingent workforce.
  • Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Comfort working with external vendors and holding them accountable for results.
  • Experience working in international environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance speed, quality, compliance, and stakeholder experience.
  • Enjoyment of building and improving processes in a growing and evolving setup.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • A cover letter answering questions about recruitment motivation, temporary staffing experience, and vendor performance management is required.
