Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective staffing solutions and support organizational hiring goals.
  • Coordinate and execute recruiting systems and processes as directed by management.
  • Administer the agent referral program.
  • Track and document recruiting activity in designated systems.
  • Screen, interview, and assess agent candidates using company-approved methods.
  • Build and maintain networking sources and centers of influence.
  • Participate in career fairs, seminars, and professional organizations.
  • Use passive recruiting methods such as internet sourcing, job boards, and cold calling.
  • Recommend improvements to recruiting and selection processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience.
  • Knowledge of compensation fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of the labor market.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • 1–3 years of experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • 1–3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
