Description

  • Reach out to provided property management leads and initiate sales conversations.
  • Lead sales calls, presentations, and pricing discussions.
  • Convert qualified leads into signed clients and close deals.
  • Handle objections and negotiate contract terms effectively.
  • Manage the full sales process from first contact to signed agreement.
  • Qualify leads quickly and focus on high-conversion opportunities.
  • Maintain control over deal timelines and decision-making.
  • Ensure smooth contract execution after closing.
  • Understand property owner and investor pain points and position tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track deal stages, and support reliable forecasting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of closing experience in property management or real estate sales (non-negotiable).
  • Proven track record of closing deals, not just setting appointments.
  • Strong understanding of property management services, pricing, and client expectations.
  • Experience selling to property owners, landlords, or real estate investors.
  • High confidence in handling objections and negotiating contracts.
  • Ability to clearly present value and drive decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional sales presence.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage deals and pipelines.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven in a remote environment.
  • Availability to work full-time during U.S. business hours (EST required).
