Description

  • Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, Reddit, and X.
  • Develop full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies that support pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Own campaign setup, including account structure, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and creative direction.
  • Write, test, and refine ad copy and creatives to improve campaign performance.
  • Align messaging across paid media, landing pages, and content funnels.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively optimize for CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Run structured A/B tests on creatives, headlines, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  • Identify and scale profitable acquisition channels while staying current on platform, attribution, and privacy changes.
  • Track and report performance using GA4, GTM, platform dashboards, and attribution data.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, content, and design teams to improve creative, messaging, and growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong background in B2B lead generation.
  • Deep understanding of PPC strategy, audience targeting, retargeting, funnel optimization, and attribution models.
  • Advanced experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking setup.
  • Ability to independently build campaigns, launch tracking, optimize performance, and report results.
  • Strong ad copywriting and testing skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo is preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and large advertising budgets is preferred.
  • Google Ads or Meta Ads certifications are preferred.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CRO tools is preferred.
