Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid demand generation campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • Manage audience segmentation, campaign budgets, bidding strategy, A/B testing, and ROI reporting.
  • Own the company blog and editorial calendar, driving SEO and content marketing around IAM, identity security, and compliance topics.
  • Coordinate with external writers and repurpose content across articles, social posts, email, and webinar assets.
  • Own the marketing automation platform, including list management, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurture flows.
  • Manage email campaigns for events, product launches, and partner co-marketing, while maintaining Salesforce CRM hygiene.
  • Own the LinkedIn presence for IDMWORKS, including organic content, sponsored posts, follower growth, and executive social support.
  • Lead end-to-end webinar and virtual event execution, including promotion, platform management, and follow-up sequences.
  • Oversee website content updates and collaborate with the web developer and internal teams on site improvements.
  • Build dashboards and reports tracking MQLs, CPL, pipeline influence, and channel ROI, and report results to leadership.
  • Source, manage, and brief contractors or vendors for design, content, landing pages, and paid media support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B environment with direct ownership of demand generation results.
  • Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and ROI reporting.
  • Experience with a marketing automation platform such as Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and analytics interpretation.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and comfort building reports from raw data.
  • Strong written communication skills for ad copy, email subject lines, and social posts.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and performance.
  • Comfort working in a lean environment and owning the function end-to-end.
  • Preferred experience marketing technology or cybersecurity products or services.
  • Preferred familiarity with IAM concepts such as identity governance, PAM, zero trust, and CIAM.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce CRM and the MQL-to-SQL handoff process.
  • Preferred hands-on use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Jasper in marketing workflows.
  • Preferred experience managing freelance or contractor relationships via Upwork or similar platforms.
  • Preferred webinar platform experience with BrightTalk, ON24, or Zoom Webinars.
  • Preferred experience with tools such as Canva, WordPress, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Clari Groove, and Salesforce Account Engagement.
