Description

  • Build and optimize nurture sequences, drip campaigns, and triggered workflows.
  • Design and implement lead scoring models.
  • Test and troubleshoot workflow logic to ensure reliable execution.
  • Design, build, and deploy email campaigns across marketing automation platforms.
  • A/B test subject lines, copy, calls to action, and send times to improve performance.
  • Maintain responsive, on-brand, conversion-focused email templates.
  • Sync automation platforms with CRM systems and ensure accurate lead routing and fast handoffs.
  • Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and track campaign-to-revenue attribution.
  • Maintain clean databases by removing duplicates and inactive contacts.
  • Segment audiences by persona, industry, behavior, and lifecycle stage.
  • Track campaign performance and build dashboards and reports.
  • Monitor results, test new approaches, and recommend system improvements to increase ROI.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience with workflow creation, lead scoring, and email campaigns.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for segmentation and reporting.
  • Understanding of email compliance and data privacy requirements, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA.
  • Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours, with flexibility for launches and reporting cycles.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, or Zoho is required for CRM synchronization.
  • Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard reporting is required.
  • HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution is preferred.
  • Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B marketing is preferred.
  • Experience with integrations such as Zapier or APIs is preferred.
