Description

  • Drive Reg→Purchase conversion through triggered post-quiz, paywall-abandonment, and onboarding sequences across email, SMS, and web push.
  • Own first-purchase activation during the first 7 days after signup.
  • Design and optimize renewal and pre-cancel intervention flows to improve rebill and retention by plan tier.
  • Build and run a reactivation engine for cancelled users across email and SMS.
  • Own CRM-driven monetization for add-on products, including timing, segmentation, copy, and channel strategy.
  • Lead the migration from the current ESP to an omnichannel platform such as Maestra or Customer.io.
  • Restore and maintain email domain reputation and deliverability.
  • Stand up SMS as a production channel with US compliance requirements.
  • Launch web push and orchestrate cross-channel lifecycle flows.
  • Implement holdout-based measurement to attribute incremental revenue from each flow.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CVM/lifecycle experience on the US market, specifically in US B2C subscription businesses.
  • 5+ years total experience in CRM, lifecycle, or CVM, with at least one end-to-end ownership role.
  • Hands-on experience with an enterprise omnichannel platform such as Maestra, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, or Klaviyo.
  • Hands-on experience launching SMS in the US, including TCPA, A2P 10DLC, and carrier compliance.
  • Hands-on experience launching web push and measuring its impact.
  • SQL skills sufficient to pull segments and validate data independently.
  • A subscription-business mindset focused on LTV, payback period, retention curves, and cohorts.
  • A track record of driving measurable incremental revenue from CRM, ideally validated through holdouts.
  • Strong bias toward action and ability to ship quickly in a small team.
  • Fluency in English and Russian.
  • Experience migrating off a damaged email domain, preferred.
  • Experience in job search, career, HR-tech, or adjacent consumer subscription verticals, preferred.
  • iMessage Business or RCS experience, preferred.
