Description

  • Drive successful email marketing programs for brands with a broad online presence.
  • Manage campaigns and journeys using Oracle Responsys automation tools.
  • Apply email best practices across targeting, segmentation, personalization, triggered automation, orchestrated journeys, and multivariate testing.
  • Analyze email marketing metrics and KPIs to recommend campaign and journey adjustments.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues and external clients on campaign execution and communication.
  • Provide excellent client service while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Maintain strong organization, attention to detail, and professionalism in day-to-day work.
  • Contribute creatively within a fast-growing digital environment.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of applicable experience driving successful email marketing programs.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Oracle Responsys automation tool is required.
  • Thorough understanding of email best practices, including targeting/segmentation, personalization, triggered automation, orchestrated journeys, and multivariate testing/optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with email marketing metrics and KPIs.
  • Polished verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain strict attention to detail.
  • Maturity, professionalism, and a passion for creativity.
  • Ability to work well as a team player and know when to lead or follow.
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Oracle Responsys is mandatory.
