Description

  • Lead client onboarding sessions and align clients on workflows, timelines, expectations, and implementation scope.
  • Configure client accounts, permissions, integrations, workflows, dashboards, and system settings.
  • Test systems and troubleshoot issues before go-live to ensure a smooth launch.
  • Deliver client training sessions and create support materials such as user guides, video tutorials, and FAQs.
  • Manage implementation projects, track milestones and deadlines, and provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to support handoffs, resolve issues, and share feedback.
  • Document implementation processes and best practices to improve onboarding workflows and playbooks.
  • Track onboarding performance metrics such as time-to-value and adoption rates, and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure clients are confident using the platform and successfully transition to Customer Success after implementation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or technical project management.
  • Experience working with SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or ERP systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience delivering client training sessions.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working remotely during U.S. business hours.
  • Technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, or SQL is preferred.
  • Background in software, healthcare, finance, or professional services is preferred.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Agile are preferred.
