Description

  • Own the implementation process for one or more complex modules from kickoff through launch.
  • Manage project plans, task sequencing, status tracking, and implementation reporting for your assigned scope.
  • Work directly with customers to gather business requirements, understand use cases, and identify suitable solutions.
  • Configure modules hands-on, including setup, data triage, and customization.
  • Analyze customer data, understand data dependencies, and help resolve data issues.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers on customer communication, escalation handling, and timelines.
  • Continuously engage customers to maintain project momentum, build buy-in, and drive adoption.
  • Document recurring problems and challenges faced by district partners.
  • Assist the Product team with quality assurance and product improvement.
  • Develop expertise in how the module fits within the broader SchooLinks product ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an implementation specialist or in a similar role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong project management skills, including understanding task dependencies, sequencing, and task ownership.
  • Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of platform logic and how data connections work.
  • Experience working with data feeds, including reviewing data files and identifying issues.
  • Confidence presenting to district stakeholders and motivating them to complete tasks.
  • Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into simple customer-facing language.
  • Preferred: experience with scripting languages such as Python and with JSON data.
  • Positive attitude and ability to stay optimistic in high-stress situations.
