Description

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, SEO audits, and backlink initiatives.
  • Create, manage, repurpose, schedule, and publish blog, social, PR, and marketing content.
  • Drive organic social growth across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content ideation, research, copywriting, repurposing, and analysis.
  • Build AI-assisted workflows and identify opportunities for marketing automation.
  • Coordinate website, landing page, content publishing, and SEO projects with developers.
  • Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot, and other reporting tools.
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects using Slack and Asana.
  • Analyze performance data and optimize content, campaigns, workflows, and organic growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience with organic social media growth and hands-on content creation.
  • Understanding of SEO, keyword strategy, organic acquisition, and backlink building.
  • Experience integrating AI tools into marketing workflows, including ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or Copy.ai.
  • Familiarity with Buffer or Hootsuite, Canva, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
  • Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, and Google Search Console preferred.
  • Experience with ASTRO, WordPress, headless CMS platforms, or similar website infrastructure preferred.
  • Experience coordinating with marketing, design, and development teams.
  • Strong organizational, project execution, written, and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple initiatives.
