Description

  • Own and forecast the SS-Latam User Growth strategy, marketing plan, and performance KPIs.
  • Hire, lead, coach, and develop a regional User Growth team.
  • Partner with senior Revenue and Customer Success leaders to identify growth opportunities and address underperformance.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, campaign development, and market research.
  • Analyze data, build reporting, execute campaigns, and perform campaign quality assurance.
  • Adapt regional growth strategies to market-specific trends and competitive opportunities in Mexico, Argentina, and Chile.
  • Own lifecycle campaign calendars across email, app push, SMS, and WhatsApp, while influencing paid media initiatives.
  • Develop consumer messaging with Product Marketing, Brand, Customer Success, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead experimentation and scale successful approaches across the region.
  • Promote a supportive, wellbeing-focused team environment.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading end-to-end growth or marketing strategy across a region or multiple markets.
  • Experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or subscription growth; Braze or similar campaign orchestration experience preferred.
  • Fluency with AI tools such as Claude Code or Gemini for analysis, reporting, and campaign development.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Looker, Metabase, databases, CDPs, DMPs, Amplitude, or Segment.
  • Experience managing senior, cross-functional, and executive stakeholders.
  • Hands-on ability to build campaigns, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and connect execution to business outcomes.
  • People leadership experience, including coaching, delegation, psychological safety, and accountability.
  • Fluent English and professionally fluent Spanish.
  • Availability to travel to regional markets, such as Argentina, one to two times per year if needed.
