Description

  • Develop and execute organic growth strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
  • Create, manage, and repurpose blog, social, PR, and marketing content into platform-specific formats.
  • Collaborate with designers to produce marketing assets and manage publishing and scheduling workflows.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content ideation, drafting, research, repurposing, automation, and optimization.
  • Test emerging AI tools and build repeatable AI-assisted workflows to improve marketing productivity.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and search opportunity mapping.
  • Manage backlink acquisition efforts and support technical and on-page SEO improvements with developers and content teams.
  • Coordinate website and content infrastructure initiatives involving Astro and headless WordPress.
  • Support marketing operations across email marketing, Google Ads, revenue operations, analytics, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience executing growth or digital marketing initiatives.
  • Strong experience managing organic social media across major platforms.
  • Strong content creation and content management capabilities.
  • Experience incorporating AI tools into real marketing workflows.
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper AI, Copy.ai, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Working experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and organic growth.
  • Strong project coordination and marketing operations skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Experience in startups or high-growth digital businesses is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Astro and headless WordPress is preferred.
  • Experience managing SEO-focused content programs is preferred.
  • Hands-on backlink acquisition experience is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with designers and developers is preferred.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered marketing automation and workflow systems is preferred.
