Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
  • Own the full marketing funnel from awareness through acquisition and retention.
  • Partner with leadership and sales to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Build, mentor, and manage internal marketing resources and external contractors.
  • Lead and optimize campaigns across paid, SEO, email, outbound, social, and partnerships.
  • Manage campaign budgets, messaging, positioning, and creative direction to maximize ROI.
  • Launch demand-generation campaigns that produce qualified leads and pipeline.
  • Improve landing pages, conversion funnels, and lead-generation systems.
  • Run A/B tests across ads, emails, landing pages, and messaging.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance using dashboards and executive updates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing leadership.
  • Experience leading marketing initiatives as a Digital Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Manager, Growth Lead, Head of Marketing, or similar.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, demand generation, and outbound marketing.
  • Strong experience with HubSpot, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics/reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead generation, performance marketing, conversion optimization, and marketing attribution.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is preferred.
  • Experience marketing B2B services or professional services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, or Outreach is preferred.
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or cross-functional marketing teams is preferred.
  • Strong brand positioning and storytelling experience is preferred.
