Description

  • Lead customer onboarding and implementation for new clients, including training, walkthroughs, and adoption planning.
  • Define customer success goals, adoption milestones, and early-time-to-value plans.
  • Manage a portfolio of 20–40 client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executives, stakeholders, and end users through recurring check-ins, strategy calls, and QBRs.
  • Monitor account health, adoption risks, churn indicators, and engagement gaps using customer success platforms.
  • Proactively execute retention and re-engagement playbooks to improve customer outcomes and reduce churn.
  • Triage and coordinate customer issues with support, technical, and product teams while keeping clients informed.
  • Own the renewal pipeline, renewal timelines, and contract execution to support retention targets.
  • Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities in partnership with sales.
  • Track customer health scores, usage metrics, renewal forecasts, and retention performance, and share customer feedback internally.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Success, or Relationship Management.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, CRM platforms, and customer success tools.
  • Experience conducting QBRs, onboarding calls, account reviews, and client presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage client accounts, drive renewals, and reduce churn.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • 3–5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience preferred.
  • SaaS, B2B technology, or professional services background preferred.
  • Familiarity with NPS, CSAT, customer health scoring, and retention analytics preferred.
  • Experience creating customer playbooks, client presentations, case studies, or adoption strategies preferred.
  • Revenue ownership or quota-carrying experience preferred.
