Description

  • Build trusted relationships with customers and learn how their teams and businesses operate.
  • Plan and guide new customers through implementation, onboarding, and training.
  • Support existing customers by answering questions, sharing new features, and running Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Contribute to customer education and support resources such as in-product guides, webinars, and the Help Center.
  • Collaborate with other departments to bring customer feedback into the product roadmap and company strategy.
  • Identify expansion and referral opportunities through customer relationships.
  • Track customer success metrics such as churn, time to first value, and net promoter score.
  • Experiment with new strategies, tools, and AI to help customers work more effectively.
  • Maintain a strong focus on delighting customers in day-to-day work.

Requirements

  • Experience working directly with customers or clients.
  • Background in a startup, entrepreneurial, or build-it-yourself environment.
  • Self-starter mindset with a focus on outcomes rather than assigned tasks.
  • Strategic and creative approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
  • Strong interest in building relationships with customers and helping teams work better.
  • Comfort experimenting with AI and automation tools.
  • Curiosity about technology and enthusiasm for learning new ways of working.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work fully remote from outside the United States.
  • Availability to work US business hours, primarily Pacific Time, with flexibility to support Mountain and Central Time customers.
