Description

  • Own 20–40 client accounts end-to-end and serve as the single point of accountability for client results and retention.
  • Lead onboarding, account strategy, results delivery, and retention across the full client lifecycle.
  • Monitor brand performance and profitability on a weekly basis and identify issues before clients raise them.
  • Translate performance data into clear, confident client communication and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Build, follow, and maintain structured account processes for audits, keyword research, campaign architecture, and optimization cycles.
  • Log all account changes and document all decisions to ensure nothing is missed.
  • Coordinate daily with PPC strategists and escalate risks or blockers quickly.
  • Respond to clients within 2 business hours and manage client communication with speed and discipline.
  • Fix issues the same day when possible or escalate by end of day if needed.
  • Use performance trends to proactively pitch strategic pivots when results are flat.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of client success or account management experience at a digital or e-commerce agency.
  • Amazon agency experience is a major plus.
  • Experience managing 20+ client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical ability with familiarity in ACOS, TACOS, sessions, conversion rate, and margin.
  • Ability to work quickly, remove bottlenecks, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail with accurate reporting, current data, and documented processes.
  • Clear, confident communication skills that build client trust.
  • Comfort handling difficult client conversations and taking ownership of outcomes.
  • Fluent English with advanced-level written and spoken proficiency.
  • Ability to make decisions using imperfect data.
