Description

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls with confidence and professionalism.
  • Convert customer inquiries into booked plumbing jobs and memberships.
  • Book service appointments accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify and act on upsell opportunities during customer calls.
  • Promote and sell the Pipeline Club membership.
  • Log customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
  • Follow structured scripts and workflows during calls.
  • Handle escalations calmly and maintain strong customer satisfaction.
  • Support offshore team members and provide feedback to improve scripts, tools, and workflows.
  • Adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and call management tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inbound sales, call center sales, or customer service with conversion targets.
  • Strong conversion and closing ability.
  • Excellent objection handling skills.
  • Experience using CRM and call management systems.
  • Clear, professional English communication.
  • Ability to work U.S. hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Comfortable balancing sales and service in a fast-paced, call-driven environment.
  • Preferred experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other home services.
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan is preferred.
  • Membership or subscription sales experience is preferred.
